Often a single image has the power to make sense of something words cannot portray…

…speaking many languages and whispering secrets. An image can express much; a feeling, an emotion, sometimes a whole story.

Communicating using language was an essential part of my training as a psychologist – but there were times when the right words were tricky to find. This challenge inspired me to explore the ways imagery could communicate complex ideas.

Using digital photography and advanced editing techniques I create award winning contemporary art that is recognisably photography, remains believable, yet cannot be real. Using these techniques I share stories, explore emotions, and express something deep within, something that I couldn’t necessarily put into words.
